How can I order in the webshop?
If you own a company and want to order spare parts, then you can easily find the parts you need using our search function or the categories. In addition to our part numbers, you will find a comparison number for each spare part so that you can easily find the right part. Once you have found your spare parts, you can place them in the shopping cart and complete the purchase by clicking on “Checkout”. Various payment methods are available to you. Can I also order from you as an end customer?
Our offers are aimed exclusively at companies, so unfortunately it is not possible to sell to end customers. How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the time of order and the country in which your company is based. If you select the “Express” shipping method, you will usually receive your delivery within 2 – 3 working days, even abroad. You can also find the delivery times for individual items on the product pages. Please note: The delivery time may be extended due to possible customs clearance. Are the parts on offer original parts?
The parts offered in the webshop are OEM parts and not original parts. If you would like to receive a quote for original parts, you are welcome to contact us by email or via the contact form in the Service Center. Under the ” Brands” tab you will find a list of the brands we can offer you. On each brand page you will find a form to submit a request. Please understand that we are unable to make you any offers by telephone. An item is no longer in stock, what now?
If an item is displayed as “out of stock” in the webshop and no further information about a possible delivery time is visible on the product page, you can reach us via our contact details. We will be happy to check the information and get in touch with you.

How can I register with Rubin?
If you would like to create a new customer account in the webshop, simply click on “My account” in the header. Under the Log in button you will find the “Register” tab. Simply follow the next steps and fill in the necessary information. It is also possible to register after you have placed your items in the shopping cart. Your shopping cart will be saved and the order process will not be aborted. Can I also order as a guest?
If you do not wish to open a customer account, it is also possible to order from Rubin as a guest. Click on “Order as a guest” after you are asked to log in during the ordering process. Please note that you will have to repeat this step for repeat orders without a customer account. Who do I contact if I have technical problems?
If you have technical problems with the Rubin Webshop, you can reach us via our contact options. These can also be found in the Service Center. If you notice errors in the display of the website, we recommend that you clear your browser cache. Depending on the Internet browser you are using, this can be emptied via your browser settings.
